Pricing

Sessions are charged at £50 per hour and are for a minimum of 3 hours. If the session exceeds the number of hours agreed we will mutually decide whether to extend the session accordingly. Payment will be by bank transfer only, payment details will be provided on your invoice following the completion of the session.

Confidentiality

All work will be undertaken with strict confidentiality and no information will be passed to a third party without your agreement. Before and after pictures may be taken with written consent. All images shall be the property of Refined Spaces and may be used on the website or as a marketing tool.

Advice disclaimer

All advice given is given in good faith. It is always your own decision whether or not to follow any advice given. I accept no responsibility for your actions and any consequences of these.

Working practices

I am happy to undertake some light cleaning to assist the decluttering and reorganising process but I will not move or lift very large items of furniture. If access to your home or premises is restricted or unsafe, I reserve the right to charge for lost time and expenses incurred.

Travel

I will travel to clients within Elmbridge free of charge. Any travel beyond this area will be charged as agreed with individual clients. If parking is restricted and a parking permit is not available, any parking costs incurred will be chargeable.

Removal of items

I aim to promote recycling of your possessions wherever suitable and can offer advice on different options for appropriate disposal. Any items removed from your property are done so at your own discretion unless agreed on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.

Cancellations

Both parties have the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. However, in the event of cancellation by the client of less than 48 hours before our scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the amount agreed prior to the appointment.

Other suppliers or services

On occasion, I may recommend the services, or provide contact details for other service providers to you. I will not accept any responsibility for their performance nor liability for any fees payable for their services, or for any loss or damage that they may cause.

Insurance

Refined Spaces provides in-home service and whilst every care will be taken with your possessions whilst in your home, I cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate and appropriate insurance for your possessions.

Refined Spaces holds Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance with Westminster Insurance.
